About the Role
-- Provide strong organizational leadership for the Recruiting function and DAO HR Team
-- Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organization planning, talent assessment, change management and team building
-- Provide strategic performance guidance to management and members of the organization (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development).
-- Analyze trends and metrics based on business needs to develop solutions, programs and policies.
-- Design and facilitate team meetings as needed
-- Lead and provide creative solutions to strengthen the People team and enable the organization to perform effectively together
-- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
-- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
-- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
-- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
-- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
10+ years of HR experience and knowledge of/aptitude for the blockchain space. Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing startup environment. Instill leadership and world changing values. People person.
Strong communication skills, good teamwork, highly innovative, doer.
