-- Lead tech and non-tech recruitment for a global talent pool.
-- Organize recruiting events (both online and in person) to curate talent and maintain the talent pool within the DAO
-- Partner with leaders across the company to understand hiring objectives, develop strategies to contribute to the company goals
-- Support our interviewing team with training and prioritizing.
-- Contributing to building the best web3 and blockchain recruiting practices for our global platform
3+ years of entry to mid level recruiting experience and at least 1 year in or related to the blockchain space. Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing startup environment. Instill leadership and world changing values. Strong communication skills, good teamwork, highly innovative, doer.
About the Company
We are a new DAO with pre-seed funding revolutionizing the asset backed token space by integrating real world assets into a treasury. We have a rapidly growing community and are pre-product.
